Meow Wolf Grapevine debuts new limited-run immersive exhibit

Meow Wolf Grapevine will debut the new interactive play Phenomenomaly on November 15.
There's a new show coming to Meow Wolf, the artsy immersive exhibit in Grapevine: Called Phenomenomaly, it's a full-scale performance in which spectators interact to become part of the story. It will be embedded inside The Real Unreal, the already-existing exhibit at Meow Wolf.
Meow Wolf is the Santa Fe-based arts and entertainment company known for creating immersive experiences in collaboration with local artists.
Phenomenomaly will be centered around a new Meow Wolf creature called the Flickerwerm. Actors, dancers, musicians, and giant puppets will tell the story of the worm's migration via spontaneous, interactive performances, with attendees encouraged to interact and join scenes.
Each show repeats across the afternoon, so visitors can step into the story from anywhere in the exhibition. Performances from organizations across north Texas will feature hip-hop dance offs, circus acts, lion dancing, and opera orations.
Among the local arts organizations participating will be hip hop dance group Battle Grounds, Prism Movement Theater, Fort Worth Opera, Zaara Bellydance, and more.
“Phenomenomaly invites our guests to become part of a story as it unfolds live,” says Meow Wolf Grapevine general manager Jamie Weaver-Garia in a statement. “You explore, you play, and you meet a cast of strange and friendly characters who bring this place to life. It’s a new chapter for The Real Unreal and an unforgettable way to experience Meow Wolf during the holidays.”
The show will debut on November 15 and remain through the holidays until January 4, 2026. it'll run on weekends only — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — between 1 pm and 6 pm, with multiple loops each day. Access is included with exhibition admission to The Real Unreal.
