Pinstack bowling alley restaurant opens new DFW location in Westlake

A restaurant looking to make a lucky strike has just debuted west of Fort Worth: Pinstack, the bowling alley and eatertainment venue, is opening a new DFW location in Westlake, at 3650 Parish Ln. According to a release, it opens on March 7.
This is the seventh Pinstack and the fourth in Dallas-Fort Worth, joining Plano, Las Colinas, and Allen. (The last Pinstack opened in San Antonio in summer 2024.) At 53,360 square feet of space, Westlake is also the largest Pinstack.
The concept combines restaurant and entertainment: bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, a high-ropes course, rock-climbing wall, and hundreds of interactive games.
Their menu spans from amped-up bar food like nachos and wings, to, pizzas, burgers, quesadillas, fajitas, salads, loaded mac & cheese.
Next to the bowling lanes is The Bowl Bar, a generously-stocked full bar with 24 beers and 12 wines on tap, plus cocktails, and adult shakes. There's a line of 32-ounce "stacked shakes," in which shakes are topped with edible items like Oreo cookies or a slice of red velvet cake. A happy hour on Monday-Friday from 4-7 pm offers bargains such as $3 domestic beers, $5 craft beers, $5 house wines and $5 house margaritas.
Pinstack is part of Entertainment Properties Group, which also includes Strike + Reel, a similar concept combining bowling, bumper cars, restaurant, plus new-release movies.
The Westlake location was developed by Perot family-owned commercial developer Hillwood, to serve as an amenity to their AllianceTexas retail and mixed-use hub at Circle T Ranch, a 2,500-acre corporate community.
"We are excited to welcome Pinstack to AllianceTexas and believe it will make a great addition to this booming area in Westlake along Highway 114," says Hillwood Vice President of Retail Guy Grivas in a statement.
“As Pinstack celebrates its 10th anniversary, we are excited to expand our footprint in North Texas,” says Entertainment Properties Group CEO Mark Moore in a statement. “We are now able to conveniently serve Pinstack guests and corporate clients in every corner of DFW."
