2 Hawaiian Falls waterparks in Fort Worth have unbelievable new owner

Three waterparks in Texas have an unbelievable new owner: According to a release, three Hawaiian Falls have been acquired by Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment including locations in Mansfield, Roanoke, and Waco.
The three Hawaiian Falls waterparks were previously owned by ProParks Attractions Group, which acquired them in 2017. They'll now be part of the Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment family, complementing their Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark & Resort in Niagara Falls, Canada.
Ripley’s is a global leader in family entertainment with more than 100 attractions across nine countries including Great Wolf Lodge (Niagara Falls), Guinness World Records attractions, wax museums, traveling shows, miniature golf courses, mirror mazes, and more. Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment is part of The Jim Pattison Group, Canada's largest private company.
Hawaiian Falls Waterparks offer water slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, and kid-friendly splash zones.
In a statement, Hawaiian Falls says nothing will change.
"Our mission at Hawaiian Falls has always been to bring that Aloha Spirit to the communities and families we proudly serve, and we believe this exciting news will allow us to take that Aloha Spirit to the next level," their statement says.
There are no changes to their current daily ticket and season pass program. Those with 2025 or 2026 season passes can continue to use them at all three parks. In fact, anyone with a 2026 season pass gets one free admission to Ripley’s Believe It or Not in Grand Prairie until the end of 2025.
"Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Entertainment president Jim Pattison, Jr. says that "bringing Hawaiian Falls into the Ripley's family of attractions allows them to expand further in Texas."
Mansfield is a 13-acre waterpark whose recent expansions include Turtle Bay, a serene splash zone, and Ohana Hall, a gathering space perfect for luaus and family celebrations.
Roanoke is a 9-acre waterpark with one of the largest play structures in North America. Guests flock to Coconut Cove for its vibrant water play and enjoy the thrill of riding together on family-sized rafts.
Waco is an 11-acre park in Waco's entertainment district with 10 waterslide experiences, rides, and aquatic adventures.
Hawaiian Falls Waterparks are open on weekends and select dates through Sunday, Sept. 14. Season Passes for 2026 are now available and include unlimited visits for the remainder of the 2025 season as well as all of 2026 at all three parks.
