Beautiful Downtown Euless
New Euless development scoops a Total Wine and more cool shops
Euless is the new red-hot center of the DFW universe and has a mixed-use development to prove it. Called Glade Parks Town Center, it's going up on SH-121 with a lineup of tenants that includes a Total Wine & More as well as an array of newly announced restaurants and retail.
Glade Parks will include anchor, junior anchor, multi-tenant retail, restaurants, and entertainment. Anchors away. A landscaped area in the center will serve as a location for relaxation, local entertainment, and family-friendly programming. Said programming will be announced in the spring. If you want to know any more about the programming, you'll have to come back for another story.
Exciting new tenants include:
- Forever 21 RED, the inexpensive fashion store, opening in March
- Hopdoddy, the Austin-based burger chain, opening at the end of April
- Francesca's, the apparel and accessories boutique, opening in spring
- DXL, the tall men's apparel retailer, opening in spring
- Imperial Hibachi, an upscale Asian fusion restaurant serving hibachi and sushi, opening early June
- MidiCi, the Neapolitan pizza chain, opening "soon"
- Old Navy, the clothing store, opening "soon"
Construction is underway on an Aloft Hotel, the tech-forward brand from Starwood/Marriott brand, which will serve as one of the main focal points of Glade Parks Town Center; it'll open in June.
Coming in the fall will be another location of comprehensive liquore store Total Wine & More; and Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill, the Portland, Oregon restaurant chain with a scratch kitchen, craft beers, cocktails, and a big patio. This will be the second DFW location for Thirsty Lion; the first opened at Toyota Music Factory in October.
