Take a bite of The Defined Dish’s foodie picks at Waterside in Fort Worth
Alex Snodgrass, local mom and healthy food blogger at The Defined Dish, recently sampled some of the most popular dishes from one of Waterside's eateries — and Fort Worth's newest seafood place — Tricky Fish.
Alex got to try the restaurant’s namesake dish, a blackened salmon topped with crawfish etouffée, while enjoying a craft cocktail: the Smoked Old Fashioned.
Other delicious meals Alex tasted include the Caesar salad with grilled romaine lettuce, roasted tomatoes, grilled shrimp, and croutons; grilled redfish served with a wilted spinach salad and fried onions; and the roast beef po' boy topped with provolone and horseradish cream.
No matter what you are craving, Tricky Fish and Waterside's many other restaurants have options ranging from Italian to Cajun, street tacos to rice bowls (and don't forget about popsicles for dessert!).
Plus, Waterside has a great location just off the Trinity Trails, fun events such as free live music and yoga classes, and stores including Whole Foods Market, REI, and Sur La Table.
So whether you work up an appetite running along the trails or need a convenient place to grab dinner with the family, Waterside is one of Fort Worth's best foodie destinations.
