This popular monthly wine tasting at the Camp Bowie Boulevard seafood-centric dining destination will likely sell out, so don't delay. Tickets are $35 plus tax and service fee, and include four tastings of Italian wines paired with light bites along with tasting notes and recipe cards. It begins at 6:30 pm.

Ribbon Cutting at Beaux Boudin
Newly
opened Cajun eatery in Arlington is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony including complimentary menu samples, prize giveaways, and discounts on family meals. The event will run from 11:30 am–12:30 pm.
Celebrity Chef Dinner at Taste Project with Kevin Martinez
Tokyo Café and Heirloom chef Kevin Martinez will visit South Fort Worth community restaurant Taste Project for a fundraising dinner benefiting their mission of providing pay-what-you-can meals for all. Tickets start at $150 for a table of two and include a multi-course dinner. Guests may BYOB and dinner will run from 6–8 pm.

Riscky's BBQ Rib-Eating Competition
Riscky's 18th annual rib eating competition takes place at the Fort Worth Stockyards location (140 East Exchange Ave.), where 30 contestants will eat as many beef ribs as possible in 60 seconds. Participants must be 18 years of age or older (minors are eligible if accompanied by parent or guardian), and must pay a $5 entry fee at the door. It starts at 11 am; sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. The top 3 finalists get gift cards, and all participants receive a complimentary Riscky’s T-shirt.
Sour Fest at Martin House Brewing Company
Puckery party features sour beers, foam party, food trucks, local vendors, and live music. Don’t miss the Suicide Sour Beer Station, where guests can mix and match syrups to create their own custom sour blend. Martin House will also launch Mega Bear, a 13 percent ABV sour brewed with 10 fruits (banana, blackberry, blueberry, honey, kiwi, lemon, mango, pineapple, prickly pear, and strawberry). Wristbands are $20 and are good for a souvenir pint glass and four pours. Kids and pets are welcome, and the event will run from 12–5 pm.
Here’s to the Next 20: A Night of Nostalgia at Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar
Fort Worth location of the lively entertainment venue and bar will celebrate two decades with an anniversary party. Guests can enjoy complimentary light bites from 7–9 pm along with 52-ounce signature schooners (like the tropical Lucky Duck) which serve up to five for $20 (normally $44). There’ll be pianists doing a set list that celebrates hits from the past 20 years. Admission is $14.
