Night Market
We're in peak food event season with no less than 10 fall-inspired festivals, dinners, and classes, including how to make pho and how to mill your own flour for bread-making. Save room for a big tasting event featuring global street food flavors, and a mimosa festival by the weekend.
Wednesday, November 13
It’s Banh Mi with It’s Food
Learn how to make this iconic Vietnamese sandwich with chef Luu Lac, founder of the It's Food vegan food truck. The class is at Hao’s Grocery & Café, and will cover all the essential fixings — pickled carrots, daikon radish, crispy fried tofu — as well as make a few popular styles of bánh mì. The class is $55 and comes with a vegan meal on site, as well as the fixings you'll take to make a sandwich at home. It's from 6-8 pm.

Cakebread Wine Dinner at Cut & Bourbon
Steakhouse inside Arlington’s Live! By Loews hotel will host a decadent four-course dinner featuring Cakebread wine pairings. The menu includes fried quail with butternut squash puree, rainbow trout crudo, Rosewood Ranch Texas Wagyu, and chocolate custard with brown butter ice cream. Arrive by 6 pm for a reception including an oyster trio. Tickets are $125 plus tax and fee, and include valet parking.
Night Market
The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation will host its signature fall tasting event at Panther Island Pavilion, featuring a Fort Worth take on global street foods with more than a dozen chefs and restaurants including ZAAP Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats, Los Guapos Mexican Street Food, Duchess at The Nobleman, Jon’s Grille, and Dusty Biscuit Beignets; plus mixologists and bartenders from Crystal Springs Hideaway, Bowie House, Ellerbe Fine Foods, and Nickel City. The $65 ticket covers all food and beverages. General admission begins at 6:30 pm and the event runs until 9 pm.
Caviar & Cheer Holiday Pairings at Roy Pope Grocery
Hands-on tasting will explore three unique caviar varieties paired with three elegant sparkling wines. Learn tips on how to share both at upcoming holiday gatherings. The $90 ticket price includes a pearl spoon and caviar key. The tasting will run from 6–7:30 pm.
Pho Love Class at Hao’s Grocery & Café
Soup season is here and this hands-on class lead by chef Hao Tran will demonstrate how to make authentic Vietnamese pho. Learn how to create the broth, select the herbs, and simmer the rice noodles to achieve premium texture. The two-hour class is $55 and begins at 6 pm.
Friday, November 14
Fall Night Market at Blackland Distillery
Sip Blackland cocktails while browsing local vendors during this evening market featuring food trucks and live music. Wares and goods will include food items, jewelry, apparel, plants, art, and more. The market will run from 5–9 pm.
Whiskey & War Stories at Rex’s Bar & Grill
Horse Solider Bourbon, a spirit made by American Freedom Distillery, which was founded by a group of retired U.S. Special Forces veterans, will host this complimentary tasting event at Rex’s Bar & Grill. One of the veterans behind the brand, Green Beret Will Summers, will be on-site to share first-hand stories. The complimentary tasting will run from 7–9 pm.
Saturday, November 15
Mimosa Fest at Texas Live!
The Arlington entertainment district will host a day drinking party with specialty mimosas from stops around the complex. Tickets start at $27 (including fees) and include two mimosas and access to brunch specials in all Texas Live! venues. Mimosas are $5 each thereafter for ticketholders. VIP tickets are $52 and come with four mimosas and a brunch buffet. Doors open at 11 am and the event and specials run until 4 pm.
Flour Milling Basics at Salt & Light Collective
Keller culinary studio will host a hands-on class on the art and science of four milling — transforming whole grains into bread. Participants will explore grain anatomy, the milling process, storage, and nutritional impact, with a finale of warm, homemade loaves from the oven. The class is $60 and will run from 12–2 pm.
Fall Wine Dinner at Los Vaqueros West
The Willow Park outlet of the Stockyards Tex-Mex restaurant will host a four-course wine pairing dinner featuring unique fall flavors. Menu items include smoked chicken breast with creamy corn broth, ribeye with chimichurri over sweet potato and Yukon gold gratin potatoes, shrimp with mango pico de gallo and hollandaise, and crème brulee with Chantilly cream and berries. The dinner is $80 and begins at 6 pm.
