High-tech bowling concept hits a strike in glossy Las Colinas
Las Colinas gets itself some high-end bowling with the arrival of Pinstack, which will open a location off 635 near Belt Line Road in summer 2017.
This represents the second location of Pinstack; the first opened in West Plano in 2015.
Like the Plano original, the Las Colinas branch will be a 50,000-square-foot dining and entertainment destination with 28 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, lane-side food and beverage service, and a private VIP bowling area.
Additional features will include a two-level laser tag arena, a rock climbing wall, and a high-ropes course suspended 20 feet overhead. There'll be hundreds of the newest video games and simulator technology. A full-service restaurant and bar will offer a chef-inspired menu as well as a private dining area and a climate-controlled patio featuring large HDTV’s.
CEO Mark Moore explains in a release why Las Colinas is an ideal location for their second branch. "It is centrally located in DFW and home to families, millennials, and many Fortune 500 companies," he says.
The place will hold more than 1,800 guests, with separate dining and entertainment areas for private parties and events, and what they call "tech-forward" meeting spaces for corporate and business needs.
