A new-and-improved version of Dave & Buster's, the entertainment, restaurant, and sports-watching destination for families and friends, is about to debut in Euless at 2525 Rio Brande Blvd.

According to a release, the location, which initially opened in May 2015, will re-open on June 28 as a completely reimagined version with innovative gaming activities and ways to play – including The Arena, interactive Social Bays, and an immersive watch experience.

The Arena: Created exclusively for Dave & Buster's, The Arena offers revolutionary gameplay technology with a multitude of ways to connect and compete with friends in a wall-to-wall gaming environment. With a fully transparent exterior, The Arena allows up to eight players to participate at a time. The versatile gaming unit features intuitive and invisible tracking technologies, along with immersive media, audio and tactile solutions to deliver futuristic gaming experiences.

Interactive Social Bays: These include High-Tech Darts & Social Shuffleboard Bays where you can hang with friends in a private, reservable Social Bay — a private suite for two to six players — featuring Darts and Shuffleboard with digital interactivity.

Immersive Watch: Dave & Buster's new Watch Experience includes a 40-foot screen with surround sound thanks to dozens of additional oversized HDTVs surrounding the bar.

They've also revamped their menu with chef-crafted dishes, and given the space a bright new design.

One thing they have not abandoned is their iconic midway with more than 120 games, VR experiences, and prizes.

The first 200 people in line at the June 28 grand opening will receive free games for a year. Doors open at 10 am.

They'll be open Sunday-Thursday from 10 am–12 am, and until 1 am on Friday-Saturday. Specials include a $5 Happy Hour, with $5 drink specials on the new Tres Tequila Rita, 22-oz Domestic Drafts, wine, Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade, and D&B Long Island Iced Tea.
