Fort Worth’s first outlet mall opens with cameo by HGTV's hunky brothers

On October 27, bargain hunters and shoppers alike will get an essential new destination in Fort Worth with the opening of the Tanger Factory Outlets mall, located at 15853 North Fwy., near Texas Motor Speedway.
Fort Worth shoppers will no longer be forced to drive to Grapevine, Allen, or Hillsboro to enjoy the thrills of getting brand name goods at discount prices.
The new Tanger Outlet Center will have more than 80 upscale brand-name and designer outlet retailers including Cole Haan, H&M, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Children's Place, Nike, Levi's, Banana Republic, Express, Guess, and Restoration Hardware. The full list and store layout is here.
It'll be the signature outlet retail component of Champions Circle, a new mixed-use real estate development adjacent to the Texas Motor Speedway.
"We are pleased to welcome Tanger Outlets as our new neighbor and look forward to future partnerships," says Eddie Gossage, president and general manager of Texas Motor Speedway. "Tanger Outlets will be a win for our over one million visitors each year seeking fast and fashionable savings."
The center will open on October 27 at 9 am with a series of events that include a design workshop with HGTV's dreamy Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott, as well as a food truck festival, vintage photo booth, carnival games, musicians, Ferris wheel ride, gifts for early attendees, and more.
Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers owns, or has an ownership interest in, 43 upscale outlet shopping centers in 21 states and in Canada, with two more under construction.
There are three other Tanger Factory Outlet locations in Texas: at Houston, Terrell, and San Marcos.
