Two legendary brands are making their debut in the Fort Worth Stockyards: Pendleton Woolen Mills and Will Leather Goods will open their only flagship stores in Texas in the Stockyards, both coming in late spring, and solidifying the Stockyards' position as a premier shopping destination for iconic brands.

For both, this will be their first location in Texas.

A release says that "Stockyards Heritage Development Co. believes Pendleton Woolen Mills and Will Leather Goods make a natural fit for the Stockyards."

Will Leather Goods
Will Leather Goods was founded in California by Will Adler and his wife, Sandy, who began selling belts on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. They now make leather bags and accessories, sold out of three retail locations in Oregon — and now Fort Worth.

They've actually been at the Stockyards since November 2024 where they've operated a pop-up at 128 E. Exchange Ave. #550. While maintaining operations at this location, the company will also expand with a full-line store, also at this same location, with a grand opening anticipated in June 2025.

Pendleton Woolen Mills
Textile company based in Portland, Oregon is known for its iconic woolen blankets and classic apparel. They operate two of the last woolen mills in the U.S. where they manufacture their famous wool blankets from start to finish. They currently have 33 retail outlets, all west of the Rockies.

They'll open a storefront in Mule Alley at 128 E. Exchange Avenue, Suite #630 in May.

"We are confident that the Fort Worth Stockyards is the right place for our very first Texas location," said Peggy Denfeld, Director of Retail Leasing & Finance for Pendleton Woolen Mills.

The Fort Worth Stockyards has undergone a revitalization, thanks to the Stockyards Heritage Development Co., a partnership between Majestic Realty Co. and Hickman Investments dedicated to preserving the National Historic District's legacy while creating modern experiences.
