Shops at Clearfork mixes martini bar and wine into menu of restaurants
Another round of restaurants has been announced for the Shops at Clearfork, the open-air luxury retail center being built in Fort Worth. Openings in the fall will include a local soufflé restaurant, a wine bar, and a concept brand new to Texas.
Rise n°3. This will be the third location of a French restaurant that was founded in Dallas, offering sweet and savory soufflés in a tastefully decorated setting. In addition to soufflés, rise n°3 will also serve wine, local and French artisanal cheeses, and classic French fare.
Doc B's Fresh Kitchen. Chicago-based concept serves health-conscious salads, burgers, sandwiches, and signature wok out bowls. Doc B's also features craft beer, wine, and spirits and a selection of cocktails, many made with organic juice.
Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar. Known for its 36 signature martinis and martini classes, Twigs does American food, including salads, pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and entrées. Clearfork location will mark the concept’s debut in Texas.
City Works Eatery and Pour House. Look for more than 90 local, regional, and global craft beers, plus classic American cuisine with unique twists. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and late night, City Works is a cut above the average sports bar.
Crú Food & Wine Bar. Dallas-based wine bar chain has more than 350 selections, including 60 wines by the glass and flight. Food pairings are focused around shared appetizers, individual-sized gourmet pizzas, entrées, and cheese.
The Shops at Clearfork’s first anchor tenant, Neiman Marcus, opened on February 10. The center will eventually be home to 100 luxury, home furnishing, and specialty retailers including Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Tiffany & Co., Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Z Gallerie, and Arhaus.
Previously announced restaurants and entertainment options include B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Fixe, Malai Kitchen, Mesero, and Luna Grill, and entertainment options AMC Theatres and Pinstripes.
