Fat Thursday at Martin House Brewing Company
The longtime Fort Worth brewery known for its quirky flavors will host its annual Thursday-before-Mardi Gras party featuring a new concoction called Zombie Slush. The five percent ABV brew is infused with apricot, pomegranate, lime, and pineapple. The Oh Balls! food truck will offer a special Cajun-inspired menu, and there’ll be live music by Andrews Skates. Wristbands good for four pours and a limited-edition pint class will be sold for $20. The party will run from 4-9 pm.
Heart-Shaped Ravioli Pasta Class at il Modo
The downtown Fort Worth Italian restaurant invites guests to put some “heart” into every bite with this special edition of their popular pasta-making class. Learn how to mix, roll, and cut heart-shaped ravioli, then enjoy your dish, perfect for date night or girls’ night. Tickets are $80 and include a glass of bubbly. Add a wine pairing for $19. Class begins at 6 pm.
Valentine’s Cheese and Charcuterie Board Building Class at Crystal Springs Hideaway
The River District beer garden is known for its charcuterie boards, sold from the on-site wine and cheese shop. Learn how to make your own during this Valentine’s rendition of their popular charcuterie class. The $100 price, plus tax, includes a cocktail (with demo) and wine tasting, plus the board to take home. Class begins at 6 pm.
Love in Every Pour – A Valentine’s Wine Pairing Dinner at Lost Oak Winery
Burleson’s beloved winery and vineyard will host a four-course wine paring dinner in partnership with Beyond Box Catering. The menu includes smoked potato and leek soup, winter wedge salad, braised ancho-honey crusted beef flap, and red velvet cake with white chocolate mousse and hazelnut gelato. Tickets are $135, plus tax, and dinner begins at 6:30 pm.
Artfully Curated Collaboration Dinner with Café Modern at The Blue Room
Chef Jett Mora of Café Modern will visit The Crescent Hotel to collaborate with chef Preston Paine of Emilia’s and The Blue Room for a six-course dinner. Each course will be inspired by a permanent work from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth’s collection. Guests will receive a keepsake art print corresponding with the menu. Reservations are $150, plus tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing for $75. Dinner begins at 7:30 pm.

Four Courses Sous Series at The Usual
The Magnolia Avenue cocktail bar is bringing back a popular dinner series with a new focus: highlighting talented local sous chefs before they make it big. The first of six dinners this year will feature executive sous chef Adam Krajewski of The Chumley House, with cocktails from Lisa Little-Adams, owner of nearby Proper cocktail lounge. Four courses with cocktail pairings are included in the $75 ticket price (plus tax and gratuity) and limited 8 pm seating times are left.
Beads & Boil Fest at Rusty Nickel IceHouse
Rusty Nickel is ready to let the good times roll during this Mardi Gras party complete with crawfish boil, $5 Captain Morgan specials, live music, and even a king cake eating contest. The party begins at 3 pm and only those 21-and-up are permitted after 8 pm.
