Crystal Springs Hideaway in Fort Worth adds crucial new menu offering

Coffee at Crystal Springs Hideaway
A Fort Worth hotspot is adding a valuable new offering: coffee. Crystal Springs Hideaway, the beer and wine garden located at 113 Roberts Cut Off Rd., has expanded its hours and is now up at the crack of dawn with a coffee menu anchored by espresso, lattes, and Americanos — filling the crucial need for a caffeine fix in Fort Worth’s River District.
Their new morning hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 7 to 11 am, and ready to host your community and business group meetups, whether indoors or on the patio, with power plugs, Wi-Fi, and coffee drinks in many forms.
That includes brewed coffee — a locally roasted custom blend created just for the Hideaway — as well as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, cortados, and macchiatos.
They're also offering light bites including classic croissants as well as ham & Swiss, almond, and chocolate croissants. All the croissants.
Owners JD and Shanna Granger, who opened Crystal Springs in December 2024, are taking the ethically sourced mantra to heart, sourcing beans such as The One Kafé's San Antonio from the Fraijanes region of Guatemala, Café Amor y Fe from the Marcala región of Honduras, and Guji Shawana Shakiso from Guji Ethiopia. Coffee people probably know all these places by heart.
The Hideaway's coffee team includes head chef Kelly Burton, who shepherded the custom locally roasted bean selection, and head barista Jackson Davis, previously general manager for Ascension Coffee, who assembled the menu and makes their syrups inhouse.
