Celebrate the season with this five-course wine dinner featuring special guest Stuart Spoto of Spoto Family Wines, a boutique winery in Oakville, California. The indulgent menu will include smoked salmon roses with Boursin cheese, grilled Texas quail, porcini rubbed pork tenderloin, muffuletta-style grilled beef pinwheels, and blueberry banana tarts. Reservations are $225, plus tax and gratuity, and the dinner begins at 6 pm.
Charcuterie-Making + Wine Pairing Masterclass at Hotel Vin
Show off your skills during holiday gatherings with this intimate charcuterie and wine pairing class at Hotel Vin in historic downtown Grapevine. The $125 price includes all meats, cheeses, and seasonal delicacies along with a branded charcuterie board to take home. Wine pairings by an expert sommelier will also be included. Class will run from 6-8 pm.
12 Days of Drover
The luxury hotel in the Stockyards, which is drenched in Christmas lights and festive décor, has brought back its annual 12 Days of Drover for hotel guests only. The exclusive event includes photos with Cowboy Santa and his reindeer, a complimentary Christmas treat station in The Backyard, and specialty holiday cocktails for purchase from the Pour Horse bar. The event takes place daily, 5-8 pm.

Annual Sip & Shop at Neighbor’s House
The downtown boutique café and wine bar will host a complimentary tasting featuring Hope Family Wines from Pasa Robles, California along with a spirits tasting, too. Sip and shop more than 20 local vendors while listening to tunes from two Nashville recording artists – Casey Twist and Austin English. The event will run from 4:30-7 pm.
Champagne Flight Night at Wine Haus
It’s been three years since the Park Place Avenue wine bar opened under new ownership, and they're marking it with sparkling celebration. Toast with a flight of champagne, which is $35, and will be available starting at 6 pm.

This time of year, diners are often on the hunt for tamales for holiday gatherings. Learn to make your own during this hands-on class at Indulge, the culinary studio located inside 3rd Street Market downtown. The class will focus on a Peruvian-inspired rendition of the popular holiday dish, this one made with chicken and cream sauce and wrapped in banana leaves. Tickets are $89 and the class will begin at 6:30 pm.
