This week in gluttony
These are the 7 best food and drink events in Fort Worth this week

Dos Mares will host its next tuna ronqueo this week.
A rare opportunity to taste tuna fresh from the first cut happens this week as a notable seafood destination performs a tuna ronqueo. The coastal-inspired cocktail party is followed by a reserve wine tasting inside a museum, a local beer pairing dinner inside a gourmet grocery store, and a food festival at a racecar track. Then plan for not one, but two Sunday suppers.
