A Tribute to Paul Prudhomme at Central Market Cooking School
Experience a taste of Louisiana during this hands-on cooking class that will feature recipes by iconic Cajun chef and TV personality, Paul Prudhomme. Working with a small team, participants will make blackened steak with horseradish-mustard sauce, twice-baked crabmeat-stuffed potatoes, warm, jumbled greens, and pecan ice cream sundaes. The $105 price includes wine with the finished meal, and class begins at 6:30 pm.

Fort Worth Greek Festival
Now in its 56th year, the three-day event is a beloved Fort Worth tradition, drawing hundreds to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church for homemade Greek cuisine, live music, folk dancing, Greek beer and wine, and baked goods to-go. Popular menu items include pastitsio (ground beef and macaroni casserole), moussaka (eggplant layered with ground beef, potatoes, and zucchini), gyro sandwiches, baklava, and the head-turning flaming cheese. The festival will run from 10 am -10 pm Friday and Saturday and 11 am-3 pm Sunday. Admission is free.

Autumn Spice Charcuterie Workshop at YaYa Yum Boards
The downtown Grapevine charcuterie shop and culinary studio (which just opened a second location in Dallas on Lower Greenville) will host a fall-themed charcuterie board workshop. The $80 class price includes a drink ticket and more than 20 ingredients to choose from to create a board that will serve two to four. Class begins at 2 pm.
