The Peach Truck visits Fort Worth
Nashville-based Peach Truck has embarked on its annual summer road trip and one of the first stops is Ace Hardware at 6743 Camp Bowie Blvd. Visit from 4:30-6:30 pm for samples and to pick up a box of freshly picked peaches, which start at $45 for a 12-pound box. Orders should be placed online in advance to guarantee peaches, with limited extras available until sell-out. The Peach Truck will regularly visit various locations in the Fort Worth area, including Hulen Mall, Keller Town Center, and Jabo's Ace Hardware, through August.

Glizzy Fest presented by Fletcher’s Corny Dogs at Martin House Brewing Company
The third annual event kicks off the unofficial start of summer with a visit from the Fletcher's Corny Dog trailer along with a John Mellencamp tribute band. There'll be two special beers on tap include Fletcher's Mustard Beer (5.5%) and Deep Fried Oreos, a stout made with Oreo cookies, vanilla, chocolate, and lactose. Don't miss the corny dog eating contest at 2 pm. The kid-friendly and dog-friendly event will run from 12-5 pm. Tickets are $20 which includes a pint glass and four pours.
Loco for Coconut Party at Truck Yard Alliance
Wear your tropical attire and go “loco” with an island-style party at Truck Yard Alliance. There’ll be hula dancers at 8 pm, fire dancers at 9 pm, and a pig roast all day starting at noon. Crack your own coconut and fill it with themed cocktails. The event is family-friendly (until 9 pm) and admission is free.
