The dinner includes fresh tuna in cold, hot, and cured preparations featuring akami, chutoro, and otoro cuts. The $185 ticket, plus tax and gratuity, includes a welcome margarita, martini, champagne, and premium sake pairings. The event begins at 6:30 pm.

The Grapevine wine bar will host a nostalgic pairing featuring six iconic Girl Scout cookies matched with Messina Hof wines. The pairing is $40, plus tax and gratuity, and will run from 1-3 pm.
Taste of Texas Independence Chili Cook-Off in Grapevine
The Grapevine Shield Foundation hosts a daylong Taste of Texas Independence celebration at Peace Plaza. The event features a chili cook-off, peach cobbler baking contest, historical re-enactments, live music, family activities, and a silent auction. Proceeds go to support Grapevine police officers, firefighters, and their families. The free event will run 11 am-9 pm.

In honor of Lady Gaga’s first-ever shows at Dickies Arena, on Saturday and Sunday, El Chingon invites all “Little Monsters” to partake in a Lady Gaga-inspired brunch. (No, she won't actually be there.) The event will include themed cocktails and a free gift for concert ticketholders. Reservations start at $10 and include one brunch item and a mimosa. The brunch will run from 11 am-4 pm.
