Downtown Fort Worth hotel Le Meridien hotel reveals 2 coming-soon eateries
A hotel coming soon to downtown Fort Worth will be coming with two premier dining outlets. The Le Meridien Fort Worth Downtown, slated to open in the historic former Hotel Texas Annex building at 811 Commerce St., will be home to a French-inspired brasserie as well as a vivacious rooftop lounge.
According to a release, the hotel is set to open this summer with these two concepts:
- Bouvier Brasserie, an upscale first-floor restaurant blending French roots with Texan soul
- Annex, a rooftop lounge with cocktails, live music, and events
Bouvier Brasserie
Situated on the hotel’s first floor, Bouvier will be upscale yet relaxed, embodying the essence of "French Roots, Texas Soul." It'll be the all-day restaurant, open from morning to night, with Parisian elegance and regional ingredients on a menu that gives French brasserie favorites a Texan twist, and a wine list with both French and Texan varietals.
An in-house bar called The Hub will transition from morning coffee to evening wine and cocktails. A fancy-sounding "La Vie Rosé + Petit Plates program will be available in The Hub and for in-room dining, featuring cocktails, rose wines, and shareable, European-inspired bites.
Annex
Rootop lounge will be perched atop the hotel with panoramic views of downtown Fort Worth and cocktails with a modern twist: from the sophisticated Annex Sidecar to the refreshing Parisian Martini. Food will consist of small plates.
The space will host live music and events, and be available for private bookings, be that a corporate function or a milestone celebration. The big promotion, maybe!
Market Place
This will be a third offering with convenient and prepared items.
