Bid farewell to 2025 with a celebratory dinner at one of these Fort Worth restaurants, each of which is featuring fancy multicourse menus for the occasion. (Snag those reservations quickly as many timeslots are filling up fast.) It's one last opportunity to dress up and dine out this year while reflecting 2025 and preparing for prosperous 2026. And, why wait until midnight for a champagne toast? Here's a list of best bars for a glass of bubbly to make any night sparkle.

97 West Kitchen + Bar
The Hotel Drover restaurant has very limited availability for its four-course New Year’s Eve dinner featuring choice of “countdown courses” like Akaushi New York strip, scallops with saffron risotto and champagne cream sauce, and beef Wellington. Dinner is $145 and seatings begin at 5 pm.
The Blue Room
Posh intimate dining space hidden inside Emilia’s at The Crescent Hotel will present a five-course dinner by chef Preston Paine. Items include parsnip soup; salad with apple, red miso, and toasted hazelnuts; Maine lobster; Wagyu; and chocolate flourless cake. Dinner is $225 for a 5 pm seating or pay $300 for an 8 pm seating with access to the hotel’s New Year’s Eve party at 10 pm.
Clay Pigeon Food & Drink
Chef Marcus Paslay and his team will prepare a four-course prix-fixe dinner with items such as lobster bisque, prime eye of ribeye, grilled duck breast, and chocolate pot de crème. Dinner is $125 with an optional wine pairing for $50. Seatings run 5-9:30 pm.
Cru
The Clearfork wine bar will host a three-course prix-fixe menu with choices for starters, entrees, and desserts. Highlights include lobster and shrimp potstickers; filet mignon Oscar with truffle potato gratin and lump crab bearnaise; and molten chocolate lava cake with raspberry sauce. Dinner is $75 and seatings begin at 5 pm.
Cut & Bourbon
Modern steakhouse inside Live! by Loews in Arlington will feature New Year’s Eve specials including seared Gulf snapper ($50), roasted duck breast with confit leg ($55), or elk chops a la bourguigonne ($75). Complimentary glass of bubbly included. Seating times run 5-10 pm.
Ellerbe Fine Foods
The Near Southside destination for elevated Southern cuisine will host a New Orleans-inspired four-course prix-fixe menu called Bonne Année 2026 (“Happy new year” in French). Menu highlights include Cajun potato and Southern greens soup, cornmeal crusted Texas redfish, smoked pimento cheese hushpuppies, and Louisiana cane syrup cake. Dinner is $135 with an optional wine pairing for $40. Seatings run 5:15-8:45 pm.
The Mont
New midcentury modern Montserrat destination will host a tasting journey through seven courses of elevated, globally inspired dishes. Highlights include scallop tartare with caviar; brown butter lobster turbot; and beef en croute with foie gras. Dinner is $125 and includes a welcome champagne toast. Add an optional wine pairing for $75 more. Seating times are 5 pm, 7 pm, and 8 pm.
Rex’s Bar & Grill
The festive bar, grill, and steakhouse on University Drive will offer a dinner and concert package featuring filet for two with mashed potatoes and broccolini (or choice of sides), shared dessert, champagne toast, and access to concert on the patio featuring The Party Crowd 90s country band. Tickets are $99 for the package, or $10 for just the concert, which begins at 9:30 pm.
The Seeker
Head west for a special three-course New Year’s Eve dinner at Stephan Pyles’ new Stephenville concept inside the Interstate Inn. Menu highlights include celery root brown butter soup; 44 Farms prime beef filet and crab Oscar; and fig crème brulee. Prices range from $65 to $95 depending on entrée choice. Seating times start at 5 pm.
Silver Fox
Guests at the TCU-area steakhouse can dine from its regular menu from 5 to 10 pm (reservations recommended). For those who want to take the party home, holiday tenderloin to-go packs and desserts are can be ordered to-go. The to-go pack serves three to four people and comes with tenderloin plus red wine shallot reduction, whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas, and off-the-cob cream corn ($265). Add a chocolate ganache cake or Texas pecan cake to-go ($52), or a Silver Fox New York cheesecake ($60).
Simply Fondue
The Sundance Square underground destination for fondue and martinis will feature a prix-fixe menu of four courses. Couples will choose a shared appetizer, individual salad, shared fondue, individual entrée, and shared chocolate fondue dessert. The $99 price per couple includes a champagne toast and $20 gift card for a future visit. (An early seating time of 4 pm or 4:30 pm is available for $75.)
Toro Toro
Pan-Latin steakhouse inside The Worthington Renaissance Hotel downtown will host a multicourse dinner featuring choice of Chilean sea bass or Wagyu beef tenderloin, along with starters like Hamachi crudo and oysters with tomatillo-serrano mignonette and a tres leches “bomba” dessert. Dinner is $150 with an optional wine pairing for $40 more. Seatings between 5-10:30 pm.
The Sinclair Hotel steakhouse downtown will host a four-course dinner featuring salmon crudo; East coast oysters; steak tartare; lobster bisque; choice of entrée including surf and turf with lobster and filet, dry-aged ribeye, New York strip, duck a l’orange, or seared scallops; and a trio of desserts. Dinner is $150 with an optional wine pairing for $75 more.
