Orange Leaf fro-yo chain opens 3 Texas locations including one in Azle
A frozen yogurt chain from Oklahoma is expanding its Texas presence: Orange Leaf, the self-serve fro-yo chain will open three new locations across Texas including one in Azle, at 28 Boyd Rd.
The location is being opened by Mike Higby, an Air Force veteran, and is anticipated to open in the fall.
The chain is also opening locations in the San Antonio area at 646 W FM 78 Suite 145, Cibolo, due to open in mid-summer; and in the Rio Grande Valley, at 1511 East Nolana Loop, Suite #110, Pharr, due to open in late summer.
Orange Leaf features 20 frozen yogurt flavors including pineapple, white chocolate raspberry, orange, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, birthday cake, cheesecake, and more. Plus made-to-order smoothies and shakes, and a toppings bar with more than 36 toppings such as gummies, fruit, cereals, nuts, boba, sprinkles, brownie bits, fruit loops, and more.
It's a self-serve model where you can choose from frozen yogurt, acai, or pitaya, then add your toppings, and weigh it to find out your price.
"At Orange Leaf, we believe in the power of mixing and mashing up bites, flavors, toppings, and more to create personalized culinary masterpieces," their statement says.
They recently expanded their menu to include super food bowls, and will do customizable signature froyo cakes and pop-up party boxes for special occasions.
They're currently in 13 cities across Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, Spring, and Lake Worth, and plan to continue to grow their presence in the key Texas areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. Those are all the cities where CultureMap has a bureau. Smart move, Orange Leaf!
