We all scream
Ice cream shop with late-night delivery scoots into West 7th Fort Worth

A scoop shop known for its towering ice cream sundaes and late-night delivery is opening a second Fort Worth location: The Scoop N Scootery is moving into the Artisan Circle complex off West 7th Street, at 2855 Crockett St.
It'll take over the space formerly occupied by Jugo juice bar, between Hiatus Spa and Common Desk. A timeline for opening will be revealed soon, a company spokesperson says.
Massachusetts-based Scoop N Scootery made its Texas debut in far north Fort Worth, at 3529 Heritage Trace Pkwy. #117 (near H-E-B and Alliance Town Center) in March 2026, and lines ran out the door for weeks.
"Fort Worth, you’ve shown us so much love… we’re making room for more," they say in a social media post. "Cultural District, you're next."
The shop specializes in over-the-top (and super Instagrammy) sundaes stacked with generous scoops of ice cream and an eye-popping assortment of toppings, sauces, "tunnels" or "cores," and mix-ins. The Fort Worth menu includes 70 indulgent varieties including:
- Holy Cannoli: Vanilla ice cream with a cannoli cream filling, topped with cannoli shell, chocolate chips and homemade whipped cream.
- Mint City: Mint Oreo ice cream with a chocolate frosted cake core, topped with chocolate fudge, chocolate chips and homemade Oreo frosting.
- That Thicc Boi: Chocolate ice cream with a brownie core, topped with chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate chips and chocolate buttercream frosting.
- Beauregarde: Black raspberry ice cream topped with bananas, blueberries, pie crust and homemade cinnamon whipped cream.
- Reign of Terror: Chocolate brownie ice cream with a frosted red velvet core, topped with a layer of chocolate buttercream frosting, Oreos and homemade whipped cream.
Their other claim to fame (which nearby TCU students will find especially valuable) is that they're open late for night owl-snacking. For instance, the Alliance store's hours are 3 pm-12 am Tuesday-Thursday, 3 pm-2 am Friday-Saturday, and 1-11 pm Sunday. They sleep on Monday.
.The "scootery" part of the name refers to their beginnings as an ice cream delivery truck. Orders for delivery can be placed directly through the website. They deliver until midnight. "If we're open, delivery is open," a spokesperson says.
The delivery radius is anywhere within 40 minutes of the store, so it can fluctuate based on traffic. The delivery fee also fluctuates based on how busy the store is and driver availability.
They're aiming for a winter opening in the Cultural District, they say.
