Elmore Hotel Southlake
Southlake has a new boutique hotel: Called The Elmore Hotel, it's the former Southlake Hotel, now transformed into a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s collection of independent hotels.
It's has been given a multi-million-dollar transformation featuring new interiors, vibrant dining, and refreshed guest rooms. There's a pool and 5,000 square feet of meeting space. Two dining options onsite include Sagewind, a refined restaurant; and Social Outlaw, a speakeasy-style bar.
According to a release, it's managed by Coury Hospitality and is from the creators of Hotel Vin in nearby Grapevine, which Coury also manages.
“The Elmore represents our commitment to bringing design-forward, lifestyle hotels to cities across Texas,” says Coury Hospitality CEO Paul Coury. “Southlake deserves a property that feels authentic to the city while offering memorable experiences for both guests and locals, a true living room for the community.”
UPDATE 10-9/2025: The hotel celebrated its grand opening on October 9 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by Coury Hospitality – joined by Southlake Mayor Shawn McCaskill and members of the Southlake community. The milestone event marked the debut of Southlake’s first boutique property, with Mayor McCaskill, Coury Hospitality CEO Paul Coury, and hotel general manager Kalyana Krishnamoorthy officially cutting the ribbon before an evening reception where guests previewed the hotel’s reimagined spaces, signature dining, and handcrafted beverages.
Decor
The 175-room hotel draws inspiration from the American Elm tree, with warm wood grains, lush greenery, rich earth tones, and artful touches including works by photographers David Yarrow and Tyler Shields, curated by Samuel Lynne Galleries.
Food & drink
Signature culinary concept Sagewind features a creative menu that showcases seasonal Texas ingredients, alongside a menu of locally-inspired cocktails such as the standout Southlake Spritz.
Social Outlaw, the property’s hidden speakeasy, offers an intimate escape with cocktails and live music.
They'll do weekly culinary experiences and guided beverage tastings, creating a social hub and lively gathering space in Southlake.
Events
The Elmore will offer a calendar of locally-driven experiences designed to foster community – from Afternoon Tea and Mahjong Social to wellness programs. Highlights include Dragon Pilates by the pool and immersive packages like the Sip, Sun, and Stay cabana package and the Rooted in Romance couples getaway.
Located at 2104 E. SH 114, the property was originally built in 2016 as a Cambria Hotel, and is co-owned by NewcrestImage.
