Frontier Airlines adds flights from DFW Airport to 3 new cities

Frontier Airlines headed to El Paso.
Discount carrier Frontier Airlines is launching new nonstop service from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to three new cities, starting with El Paso International Airport (ELP).
Beginning October 8, Frontier will fly from DFW to El Paso three times per week, offering affordable travel across the state of Texas for both locals and tourists.
The El Paso service will be followed immediately by new nonstop service from DFW to Charleston International Airport in South Carolina (CHS); and DFW to Tucson International Airport in Arizona (TUS) — both beginning October 9.
Frontier Airlines VP of network and operations design Josh Flyr says they're excited to launch these new routes from DFW — "providing more lost-cost options to Dallas-area consumers traveling across Texas or across the country, with the holiday and winter travel seasons just around the corner."
With these new routes, Frontier will serve 41 destinations nonstop from DFW. To celebrate, the airline is offering fares starting at $29 for El Paso and Tucson, and $49 for Charleston.
Flight frequencies are as follows:
- El Paso, Texas (ELP): 3x/week
- Charleston, S.C. (CHS): 2x/week
- Tucson, Ariz. (TUS): 2x/week
Frequency and times are subject to change.
Frontier Airlines has meanwhile been busy with changes to its product and customer service offerings, such as UpFront Plus seating, an upgraded seating option with extra leg and elbow room in the first two rows of the aircraft. Debuting in late 2025, Frontier will also begin offering First Class seating.
