The 2019 Jingle Ball is here, but in a surprising new venue: Dickies Arena in Fort Worth.
The annual holiday concert hosted by 106.1 KISS-FM will take place on December 3, which is a Tuesday night, with a lineup that includes Camila Cabello, Sam Smith, Charlie Puth, Lizzo, Lauv, and Why Don’t We.
After years at American Airlines Center in Dallas, this represents a major shift for this holiday chestnut and a real coup for Dickies Arena.
106.1 KISS FM Jingle Ball 2019 is part of the national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour presented by Capital One, which they promise is the season's biggest annual music event that captures the holiday spirit of the iHeartRadio app.
Cities that are on the tour include Tampa, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, and Miami/Ft. Lauderdale.
The DFW date is the second stop on the tour, which debuts in Tampa. The lineup varies by city, with some dates getting Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, and BTS.
Cabello is no stranger to the event, having appeared at both the 2018 and 2017 versions; Sam Smith, Charlie Puth, Lauv, and Why Don't We are also Jingle Bell veterans.
