Austin's Hopdoddy Burger Bar settles on sizzling mid-cities location
Austin's popular Hopdoddy Burger Bar chain, famed for its creative burgers and craft beer, is opening its fifth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in a mid-city that's on the move: beautiful buzzy Euless.
The restaurant will open on May 7 at Euless' Glade Parks, the mixed-use center on SH-121.
Hopddy is known for its long list of creative burgers, which many a burger chain has tried to duplicate. They keep it real by grinding meats daily and baking their own buns in house.
In addition to burgers, Hopdoddy serves salads, milkshakes, and has a full bar.
The menu features cult classics like the "llano poblano," made with an Angus beef patty, bacon, pepper jack cheese, seared poblanos, and chipotle aioli.
But the Glade Parks Hopdoddy will be the first Dallas-Fort Worth location to roll out several new food and drink items.
New menu items include the Breakfast Burger, available all day, made with Angus beef, breakfast sausage, ham patty, American cheese, scrambled eggs, potato hay, and bacon on a brioche bun.
A new "shareables" section includes combinations of Hopdoddy’s infamous Kennebec and sweet potato fries, in flavors such as Parmesan truffle, hot honey, and sage.
New shake selections include s'mores, bananas Foster, and vanilla birthday cake.
There are also new cocktails, such as the "3 Whiskey L.I.T." and the sparkling pamplemousse, made with premium spirits and house-blended liquors.
Beers will include local breweries such as Revolver Brewing and Peticolas Brewing Company on tap, along with a knowledgeable staff to guide pairings.
Hopdoddy joins an extensive lineup of tenants that includes a Total Wine & More, Dave & Buster's, Cinépolis, Starbucks, Five Guys Burgers, Panera Bread, Pie Five, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, Outback Steakhouse, Sleep Experts, Raising Cane's, Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory, and Potbelly Sandwich Shop.
