Valentine Wine Pairing at Lost Oak Winery
This sweet pairing will feature four desserts served with four different wines from the popular Burleson winery. Tickets are $35 and the event begins at 6 pm.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza Keller Grand Opening
Buzzy pizzeria chain is celebrating the grand opening of its new location in Keller at 1521 Keller Pkwy. from 4-7 pm with free mini pizzas — cheese or pepperoni — to the first 100 guests, plus a raffle for free pizza for a year, music, giveaways, a Valentine’s Day-themed photo op, and games.

An Evening in Marrakesh: A Moroccan Culinary Wine Pairing Journey at Soma Winery
South Main Street winery will partner with Savor Culinary Services to host a five-course Moroccan-inspired pairing dinner. Menu highlights include harira soup, tagine of chicken with lemons & olives, apricot & almond couscous, and Moroccan almond “snake cake.” Tickets are $100 ($150 with wine pairings) and the dinner begins at 6:30 pm.

Cupid’s Last Rodeo: An Anti-Valentine’s Day Bash at Refinery 714
The 24th floor bar atop the Kimpton Harper hotel downtown is calling all opposed to Valentine’s Day romance for a penthouse-level party. Sip “anti-Valentine’s” cocktails, dance to anti-love anthems, and take in high-rise window views. The party will run from 3 pm–close.

Pitmaster360 at Rahr & Sons Brewing Company
Take a lesson in general backyard barbecuing during this class that will cover smoked brisket, St. Louis-style ribs, and other specialty items. Fire management, wood selection, techniques, and recipes will be covered. Class is $139 ($129 for additional participants) and will run from 9 am–12 pm.
Singles Awareness Day at Second Rodeo Brewing
The sprawling Stockyards bar and live music venue invite all singles (and those looking to be single) to an all-day fete featuring anti-Valentine’s drinks and live music for lonely souls. Drinks will include Ex on the Beach, Hit It & Quit It, and Thirst Trap. The party will run from 11 am until midnight, with live music starting at 1:30 pm.

Great British Baking Intensive at Central Market Cooking School
There are just a few tickets left for this hands-on baking class at the Central Market Fort Worth Cooking School, where participants will work with yeast to make some of Britain’s most popular pastries. The menu includes Victoria sponge with berries and cream, eccles cakes (puff pastry with currant filling), bath buns (yeast-raised buns with carraway and a sweet glaze), and ploughman's scones (cheddar scones sandwiched with apples and chutney). Class is $90 and will run from 11 am -2 pm.
