College football season is right around the corner, and a Stockyards hotel is ready to kick off game day with a party that pays homage to the home team. 2026 Fort Worth Burger Week
Patties will sizzle across town this week during this annual dine-out fundraiser that benefits the Tarrant Area Food Bank. More than 30 Fort Worth restaurants will offer a special $8 burger for the cause, including mainstays like Fred’s Texas Café and Tommy’s Hamburgers and newer spots like NADC Burger and Seared. Every burger purchased earns an entry for daily giveaways and a grand prize of a backyard hamburger party for 30 guests catered by The Hamburger Man. Fort Worth Burger Week runs through Sunday.

Mouton Cadet Wine Pairing Experience at Don Artemio
Special guest Pierre Ogren Sereys de Rothschild, the great-grandson of Mouton Cadet founder Baron Philippe de Rothschild, will visit Don Artemio to help guide guests through this five-course wine pairing dinner alongside executive chef Rodrigo Cardenas. Menu highlights include a fusion of French onion and tortilla soup, dry-aged beef in an herb crust with truffle jus, and chocolate lava cake served with Melt Ice Cream’s double chocolate ice cream and a sweet pasilla chile reduction. Dinner is $195 and begins at 6:30 pm.

Neiman’s Supper Club
Just a handful of tickets remain for this multi-course dinner at Neiman Marcus Fort Worth prepared by Neiman’s executive chef Charles Youts. The $180 price includes cocktail pairings made with local Blackland Distillery spirits. Dinner begins at 5:30 pm.

Kids Night Out at Young Chefs Academy
The Camp Bowie Blvd. culinary school for kids will host a Friday night “grillin’ and chillin’” class. Parents can enjoy an evening out while the kids learn hands-on cooking skills in a safe setting. The class is $65 and will run from 5:30-8:30 pm.

Spirit Night at The Backyard at Hotel Drover
College football season kicks off at the end of August, and Hotel Drover is getting TCU fans in the spirit with a night of specialty cocktails, live music, and a pop-up shop in The Backyard. TCU-themed drinks include the Riff Ram made with La Pulga blanco tequila, butterfly pea flower, and lime juice; the Super Frog made with TX Whiskey, muddled blackberries, and club soda; and the alcohol-free Spirit Splash made with lychee puree, lemonade, blueberries, and mint. The event is free to attend, open to the public, and will run from 7-10 pm.

Dumpling Delight at Hao’s Grocery & Café
Chef and dumpling pro Hao Tran will share her secrets during this interactive hands-on class. Participants will prepare traditional Chinese dumplings, including shumai dumplings, using classic techniques and fresh ingredients. Class is $55 and begins at 2 pm.
