B&B Butchers & Restaurant
Recover with the steakhouse’s Hangover Cure Brunch featuring decadent dishes and a black-eyed peas and greens special. There’ll also be live music from local favorite Big Mike. Brunch will be served from 11 am-3 pm.
Blue Mesa Grill
Go for a mega buffet of cook-to-order stations, including omelets, waffles, carved brisket, and more. It will also feature street tacos, huevos rancheros, and favorites like enchiladas, sweet corn cakes, and mac and cheese. Don’t forget a serving of black-eyed peas. The $28 per-person price includes mimosas, coffee, iced tea, and orange juice. Visit from 10 am to 3 pm. Or place an order for brunch to-go, available only on December 31 and January 1. The $130 price serves six and includes migas, breakfast potatoes, an array of tacos, sides, French toast bread pudding, and mimosas.
Funky Picnic Brewery & Café
The New Year means a new brunch menu for this Near Southside hot spot. Dishes have comical names like the Poach Malone, Risk it for the Brisket, and Resting Burrito Face. Brunch will be served from 11 am-4 pm.
Little Red Wasp
The downtown restaurant and bar (sister to fine dining destination Grace) will be open to serve its normal brunch menu of stick-to-your rib dishes, like deviled eggs, green eggs and ham with tomatillo salsa, chilaquiles, corned beef hash, and chicken fried beef tenderloin and eggs. Brunch is served starting at 10 am.
Righteous Foods
For those looking to start the New Year off on a healthy note, this is the place to dine. Choose from nutritious and delicious dishes like organic turmeric poached eggs with guacamole and sweet potato and zucchini hash, veggie burritos and omelets, and an array of good-for-you brunch bowls. Open at 9 am.
Toro Toro
The Latin steakhouse inside the Worthington Renaissance hotel downtown will serve its bottomless Hangover Brunch from 10 am-2 pm, featuring a build-your-own bloody Mary bar. Typically only served on Sundays, the brunch is $39 per person and brunch cocktails are $3 each. Menu highlights include shrimp enchiladas, huevos rancheros and brisket Benedict.
World of Beer
Start 2022 off with new brunch menu items, including bananas foster waffles and grilled salmon Benedict along with cocktails like Prosecco Solutions with coconut rum and watermelon. Brunch will be served starting at 11 am, and no reservations are needed.
