Popular healthy restaurant chain Flower Child to open in Southlake

A healthy restaurant chain that's beloved in Dallas-Fort Worth is opening a new location: Flower Child will open a restaurant in Southlake Town Square at 1239 Main St., in the former Trufire space. According to a release, it will open on Tuesday, April 8.
Flower Child is a fast-casual concept from Fox Restaurant Concepts, the successful restaurant group founded by wunderkind Sam Fox. Its menu offers bowls, wraps, salads, with veggies, grains, fruits, and healthy proteins, offering "clean" eating with convenience, and it's known for its bright and cheery atmosphere.
The chain has locations in 13 states — Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — with six in Dallas-Fort Worth, including four in Dallas, one in Fort Worth, and one in Plano.
“The Dallas community has been so supportive of our restaurants, especially Flower Child,” Fox says in a statement. "Southlake’s close-knit vibe makes it the perfect fit – whether it’s a quick bite before supporting a local sporting event or a post-workout refuel.”
The Southlake location will feature pieces from local Southlake artists including a lemon tree mural on the exterior; lemons are a Flower Child motif.
