A Fort Worth beer haunt will celebrate a milestone anniversary this week. But first, snag reservations for an amazing champagne dinner not to be missed, a summer brunch with a DJ set, and a doughnut and whiskey collaboration featuring Fort Worth flavors.

Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner at Ellerbe Fine Foods
Ellerbe Fine Foods will pour on the bubbles during this four-course champagne pairing dinner featuring Billecart-Salmon from Champagne, France. Menu highlights include radish, summer squash and ricotta salad, almond and blue crab bucatini, Texas quail with bfunghi mushrooms, summer corn and farmers market tomatoes, and Jacques Pepin’s frozen souffle. Dinner is $185, plus tax and gratuity, and begins at 6:30 pm.

TX Whiskey’s National Donut Day Collaboration
Four of Fort Worth’s beloved culinary destinations will collaborate for a three-course doughnut and whiskey cocktail pairing. The menu includes a TX Whiskey “Beet It!” cocktail (made with beet-infused honey, black tea, and lemon) paired with a slider by JD’s on a beet doughnut, a Figgy Old Fashioned paired with strawberry rhubarb jam-filled doughnut made with Port Finished TX Bourbon, and a Fruit Loop Collins paired with a Cereal Milk ice cream doughnut sandwich by Melt Ice Creams. The $40 price also includes a build-your-own doughnut hole bar and DJ tunes. The party will run from 6–9 pm.

Sail into Summer: Brunch at Emilia’s
Start summer with this stylish brunch at The Crescent Hotel’s signature restaurant. DJ Steffi will bring the beats while chef Preston Paine’s culinary team will showcase summer flavors. Menu items range from a Wagyu brunch burger with rosemary parmesan fries to tiramisu French toast. The brunch will run from 10 am–2 pm.
Vineyard to Bottle with Wine Wize
Presented by the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation (the folks behind the annual Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival), this educational course in wine knowledge will cover everything from the dirt and climate of grape growing to wine styles and the “6 S’s” of tasting. Light bites and charcuterie are included in the $125 price. The class will take place at Ellerbe Fine Foods from 10 am–1 pm.
Flying Saucer’s 30th Anniversary
Fort Worth’s original draught emporium will celebrate 30 years in business with burgers, bands, and of course, great beer. Visit starting at 4 pm for burgers from Rodeo Goat and crawfish from Flying Fish (both Flying Saucer sister concepts), a Q&A panel of brewers, and live music by Atlantis Aquarius (6:15 pm) and The Damn Quails (8:30 pm). Admission is $10 at the door, or get in free with an RSVP in advance. The party will run until 11 pm.
