Winter means it’s citrus season, and Central Market will highlight zesty flavors during this hands-on cooking class. The menu includes avocado and tangerine salad, “chile y limon” scallops, lemon-garlic potatoes, and Texas ruby red grapefruit cake. The class is $70 and includes a glass of wine with your completed meal. Arrive by 6:30 pm.

Stock Show All Western Parade at Grace
The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo kicks off each year with its horse-drawn All Western Parade, and Grace is ready to celebrate. While not normally open during the day, the downtown fine dining establishment (located with prime viewing on the parade route), will welcome spectators for mimosas, bloody Marys, and complimentary hot chocolate in the bar starting at 10:45 am before the parade begins at 11 am. Reservations are recommended.
Evening in Paris at The Cookery
Elevate your culinary skills in 2024 with this hands-on cooking class at this popular Fort Worth cooking studio on South Main Street. The Parisian-themed menu will feature garlic and white wine steamed mussels, steak au poivre, and dark chocolate souffle with crème anglaise. The $125 price includes French reds and whites for wine pairing. Class begins at 6 pm.

Cousins Maine Lobster at Rusty Nickel Icehouse
