Melt Ice Creams brings its frozen treats back to downtown Fort Worth
Fort Worth's favorite ice cream shop is coming to downtown: Melt Ice Creams will open its fifth location in early 2025, bringing its handcrafted ice creams back to downtown Fort Worth.
According to a release, the new shop will be located at 700 Main St., tempting locals and visitors alike, steps from the Fort Worth Convention Center.
“I am thrilled to bring Melt back to the downtown Fort Worth community!” says founder Kari Crowe-Seher. “We’re super excited to be close to all of the action at the Fort Worth Convention Center and to be part of the downtown scene once again.”
Since opening its first shop in Fort Worth’s Near Southside in 2014, Melt Ice Creams, founded and led by Crowe-Seher, has gained a dedicated following.
Over the past decade, Crowe-Seher has expanded with three additional locations, including Dallas and Willow Park. She closed her Sundance Square location in September after five years.
Melt is known for its small-batch, limited-edition ice creams. Which by the way can also now be found in Central Markets, Whole Foods, and events throughout the metroplex.
The new location promises the classic Melt experience that fans know and love, bringing a pop of yellow to the downtown community.
