Try croquet, cocktails, and caviar at luxe new bar from Fort Worth chef

Stewart's Croquet & Cocktails
The day has arrived for a new concept from celebrity chef Tim Love: Called Stewart’s Croquet & Cocktails, it is now open at 4424 White Settlement Rd., along Fort Worth’s Trinity Trails, where it's doing exactly what's advertised and more: croquet and cocktails with a little caviar on top.
It's surely one-of-a-kind: The only facility in DFW with croquet courts — channeling a decadent Gatsby-era ambience, inspired by English country clubs.
There are two croquet courts, accommodating up to 12 players per court, set on a 15,000-square-foot lawn, where players can engage in traditional croquet games, leisurely hitting their balls through six hoops in strategic sequences to victory.
The courts are adjoined by a small 28-seat cantina where visitors can grab a small plate and a cocktail.
Love’s vision extends beyond food and drinks; he seeks to introduce croquet to a new generation, fostering community, relaxation, and sophisticated fun in an inclusive environment, with an eye for details that includes branded attire and glassware.

The menu is described as "elevated bar food and decadent bites," presented beneath gleaming cloches, enhancing the sophisticated super high-class experience. Menu highlights include:
