La Scolca Wine Dinner at 61 Osteria
Chiara Soldati is the owner and fifth-generation winemaker at La Scolca, a prestigious winery in Piedmont, Italy, and she’ll be in Fort Worth for a pairing dinner at 61 Osteria. Menu highlights include platinum osetra caviar with hand-stretched mozzarella, lasagna bianco with veal breast Bolognese, and dry aged Long Island duck. Dinner is $175 plus tax and gratuity, and begins at 6:30 pm with an opening reception.

5-Course La Pulga Dinner at Don Artemio
Prestigious high-end Mexican restaurant will celebrate its third anniversary with a pairing dinner featuring locally back La Pulga spirits. Tequila, mezcal, and sotol will be paired with dishes like slow-cooked cabrito barbacoa heirloom blue corn tacos and deconstructed key lime pie. The dinner is $110 plus tax and gratuity, and begins at 6:30 pm.

Texas Wine and Tacos Pairing at Bull Lion Ranch Wine Bar
The Grapevine wine bar (who has roots in Glen Rose where its vineyards are located) will host a guided taco and wine pairing. The $50 price ($40 for wine club members) comes with three tacos and three Texas-grown wines. The event is from 7–9 pm.

WhistlePig Whiskey Dinner at Farena
This six-course dinner will take place at Loews Arlington Hotel’s Italian-inspired dining destination, Farena, home of CultureMap Tastemaker Awards Rising Star Chef nominee Tony France. Handcrafted WhistlePig cocktails by master distiller Mitch Mahar will be paired with dishes like Hudson Valley duck with citrus puree and braised fennel, and 60-day dry-aged prime beef. The dinner is $165 plus tax and gratuity, and begins with a reception at 6:30 pm.
Culinary Weekend with Chef Stephan Pyles at The Seeker
The buzz is big for Stephenville’s new
midcentury modern motel, Interstate Inn, and its Stephan Pyles concept, The Seeker. Now the destination will host a culinary weekend hosted by Pyles himself and special guest Paula Lambert (Mozzarella Co.). The trip includes a Friday night reception, Saturday Italian cooking class, Saturday night dinner featuring a multi-course feast of food and wine from Puglia, Italy, and Sunday brunch with grilled shellfish and Bombette. The $1,250 price includes overnight double occupancy accommodations ($1,500 for single occupancy).
