Wine-centric boutique Hotel Vin in Grapevine is prepping big expansion

Hotel Vin
An award-winning hotel in Grapevine is planning a major expansion: Hotel Vin, a wine-focused boutique hotel with a rooftop bar and several restaurants located in downtown Grapevine, will double its footprint with more guest rooms and on-site amenities. According to a release, construction will break ground in late 2025.
Hotel Vin is from Dallas-based Coury Hospitality, who partnered with the city of Grapevine to develop, manage, and operate the hotel. The property has 120 hotel rooms, a ballroom, meeting rooms, rooftop plaza, restaurant & entertainment space called Harvest Hall, and a live music venue.
This next phase will add 120 guest rooms, including twenty six suites, bringing the hotel’s total accommodations to 240. Enhancements will also include an outdoor pool, a 5,000-square-foot event space, restaurant, and boutique spa.
Since opening in 2020, Hotel Vin has redefined hospitality in downtown Grapevine, becoming a destination for culinary excellence, service, and community engagement. Sustained demand has led to the expansion — what Coury calls a "testament to its success."
Hotels within the Vin Hotel Collection embody the traditions of winemaking — offering opportunities for wine education, tastings, anddining experiences that reflect the culture and flavors of their communities.
Building on the success of Hotel Vin Grapevine, Coury Hospitality is expanding its Vin Hotel Collection with the debut of Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas, a $72 million+ Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott set to open in mid-2026.
Coury's portfolio also includes properties within Marriott’s Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio, as well as Hilton’s Curio Collection, with hotels in Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Texas, including Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas and Hall Park Hotel in Frisco.
“With Hotel Vin, we set out to create a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, and its success has reaffirmed our vision,” said Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality. “Expanding Hotel Vin allows us to elevate our flagship property even further, delivering dynamic new experiences for our guests and locals."
