Amphibian Stage presents Spark Fest
Amphibian Stage's annual Spark Fest, a celebration of live entertainment in Fort Worth, will shine a spotlight on the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. There will be a variety of ongoing events at Amphibian Stage through June 18, including a chance for all visitors to contribute to a mural. Each day of the festival will feature one or more special events, including theatre, dance, comedy, and music.
Circle Theatre presents Hundred Days
Hundred Days is a whirlwind rock journey that pulls the audience into a world where the thrill of the unknown collides with the poignant beauty of a love story, all intertwined with an intoxicating score. The folk-punk musical is a testament to embracing life’s unpredictability, to taking a daring leap, and to loving relentlessly. The production runs through July 6 at Circle Theatre, which will also host post-show events with live music after every Saturday night show through the summer, starting this week with a performance by Jake Nice.
The Righteous Brothers in concert
Bill Medley has been keeping the music of The Righteous Brothers alive since the death of original duo partner Bobby Hatfield in 2003, but the 83-year-old has finally decided to hang it up for good. With the help of singer Bucky Heard, Medley will entertain fans with Righteous Brothers' hits like "You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’," "Soul & Inspiration," "Unchained Melody," "Rock and Roll Heaven," Medley’s Grammy-winning Dirty Dancing theme "The Time of My Life," and more. They'll perform at Arlington Music Hall.
Stage West presents Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Elusive Ear
The as-yet-undiscovered genius, Vincent Van Gogh, presents a most peculiar case to noted detective Sherlock Holmes, his partner Dr. Watson, and his paramour Irene Adler. The trio embark on a rousing caper and find themselves confronting the daughter of Professor Moriarty. With a helping hand from Oscar Wilde, the world's greatest detective attempts to uncover a Post-Impressionist conspiracy. The production, making its regional premiere, runs through June 23 at Stage West.

Fort Worth Tattoo Arts Festival
The Fort Worth Tattoo Arts Festival will feature dozens of tattoo artists and tattoo contests. The festival will include appearances by Reggie Bügmüncher, Ringling Brothers' star James Maltman, America's Got Talent stars Captain and Maybelle, and the Verona Fink Burlesque Sideshow. Visitors can also mingle with artists such as Anwon Boneface Johnson (Ink Master seasons 8 & 9, Grudge Match), Trocon Talhouk (VH1), and Sydney Dyer (Ink Master season 15). The event runs through Sunday at Fort Worth Convention Center.
Magnolia at The Modern: Wildcat
Directed and co-written by Ethan Hawke, Wildcat invites the audience to weave in and out of celebrated Southern Gothic writer Flannery O’Connor's mind as she ponders the great questions of her writing: Can scandalous art still serve God? Does suffering precede all greatness? Can illness be a blessing? Starring Maya Hawke and Laura Linney, the film will have six screenings through Sunday at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
Dierks Bentley in concert
There are few country singers with a higher profile than Dierks Bentley. He has released 10 albums since his debut in 2003, most recently Gravel & Gold in 2023, with all but three of them reaching the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Country charts. Those albums have yielded 11 No. 1 songs, including "Come A Little Closer," "Free and Easy," and "Somewhere on a Beach." He'll play at Dickies Arena, joined by special guests Chase Rice and Zach Top.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra summer concerts
The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra will present two more summer concerts this weekend. Night of Strings at the Garden: Chamber Classics at Fort Worth Botanic Garden on Friday at will be an intimate chamber experience featuring classics from Mozart, Grieg, Dvořák, and Tchaikovsky, alongside Coleridge-Taylor’s Novelette No. 1 and more. Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra presents Concert on the Lawn at The Carter at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art will be a patriotic lawn party, featuring the official National March of the United States, John Philip Sousa’s iconic "Stars and Stripes Forever," and more.
Theatre Arlington presents Chicken & Biscuits
Can rivaling sisters Baneatta and Beverly bury their father without killing each other? When a shocking family secret reveals itself at the altar, the two sisters are faced with a truth that could either heal or break them. The production runs through June 23 at Theatre Arlington.
Hyena's presents David Koechner
Actor, writer, and producer David Koechner got his first break as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, but he is best known for his roles as Todd Packer on The Office and Champ Kind in the Anchorman series. In addition to acting and standup, he creates original content videos for his YouTube channel, "Full On Koechner." He will perform four times through Saturday at Hyena's, and he will also be on hand forThe Office Trivia with Todd Packer on Sunday.
Tanner Usrey in concert
Prosper native Tanner Usrey is an emerging singer/songwriter with a vocal styling all his own. The soulful, Americana-rock artist puts forth heart-wrenching lyrics and soul-touching vocals, notably in his single "The Light," which appeared in the Season 4 finale of Yellowstone. He'll play at Billy Bob's Texas in support of his 2023 album, Crossing Lines.

Fort Worth Water Lantern Festival
The Fort Worth Water Lantern Festival is a celebration of light and community. The evening will be filled with food trucks, music, activities, and thousands of lanterns lighting up the night with love, hope, and happiness. The event takes place at Panther Island Pavilion.
Chris Cagle in concert
Country singer Chris Cagle had a lot of success in the first 12 years of the 21st century, putting out five albums, two of which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country charts. But just when he was at the top of his game, he walked away, retiring to spend more time with his family. He's been back at it since late 2021, so it's clear he's got the bug again. He'll play at Billy Bob's Texas.
