The Cliburn presents Haochen Zhang
In the 15 years since he won Cliburn gold at the age of 19, pianist Haochen Zhang has played before audiences in the United States, Europe, and Asia, showcasing a combination of musical sensitivity, imagination, and virtuosity. He’s already appeared with many of the world’s leading festivals and orchestras. He'll perform at Kimbell Art Museum.
Theatre TCU presents Melrose Stories
Melrose Stories mostly takes place in a Los Angeles bookstore, though it also wanders freely through space and time. The narrator, a New York novelist named T.D. Kellogg, has been suffering from writer's block for more than a decade after his successful debut. His aunt dies and leaves him her heavily mortgaged store. T.D. falls in love with the place, the staff and - in a romantic way - the manager, Rose. The production runs through Sunday at Buschman Theatre on the TCU campus.
Friday, February 28
Four Day Weekend
The saga of Four Day Weekend continues. After losing the lease on their longtime downtown Fort Worth home in May 2024, the improv comedy troupe found a temporary home at Stage West Theatre. That partnership will end with a final performance there on Friday, but fans will still be able to catch them in pop-up shows next week in Mansfield and later this month in the Reid Cabaret Theatre at Casa Mañana.
Dylan Scott in concert
Country singer Dylan Scott has been offering country fans something a little different since his debut in 2013. Incorporating elements of pop and even rap, he's made a name for himself with hit songs like "My Girl," "Hooked," "Nobody," and "New Truck." Scott has released two albums in his career, most recently Livin' My Best Life in 2022. He will play at Billy Bob's Texas.
Saturday, March 1

National Theatre Live presents The Importance of Being Earnest
While assuming the role of a dutiful guardian in the country, Jack lets loose in town under a false identity. Meanwhile, his friend Algy adopts a similar facade. Hoping to impress two eligible ladies, the gentlemen find themselves caught in a web of lies they must carefully navigate. This reimagining of Oscar Wilde’s most celebrated comedy, a screening of a previously-recorded performance in London, will show at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
Casa Mañana presents The Color Purple
With a joyous score featuring jazz, ragtime, gospel and blues, The Color Purple is a story of hope and a testament to the healing power of love. Based on Alice Walker's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel and the critically acclaimed film, the musical is a stirring family chronicle that follows Celie as she journeys from childhood to adulthood, experiencing the joys and despairs of life. The production runs through March 9 at Casa Mañana.
Fort Worth Museum of Science and History presents Resolution: A Cinephonic Rhapsody for the Soul
Guests can experience the first screening of Resolution: A Cinephonic Rhapsody for the Soul in the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. Built around Salvage Enterprise, the heartfelt album by The Polyphonic Spree, the film transforms its nine songs into a moving cinephonic journey. The audience will hear from the creators of the film, watch the first public screening on the 8k dome, and witness a live performance by the band.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra presents Star Wars: Return of the Jedi in Concert
In the spectacular climactic sixth episode of the Star Wars saga, Darth Vader readies the second Death Star to unleash the final blow to the Rebel Alliance. Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) joins his droid allies R2-D2 and C-3PO, along with Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher), to free his comrade Han Solo (Harrison Ford), imprisoned by the vile crime lord, Jabba the Hutt. John Williams’ Oscar-nominated score will performed live to film by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. There will be performances on Saturday and Sunday at Bass Performance Hall.
Jordan Davis in concert
Jordan Davis is an up-and-coming country music singer with two albums to his credit. His 2018 debut, Home State, did well, coming in No. 6 on the Billboard Country chart and No. 47 on the overall Billboard 200. He went even higher with his sophomore release, Bluebird Days, in 2023, coming in at No. 3 and No. 19, respectively on the strength of hit songs like "What My World Spins Around" and "Tucson Too Late." He'll play at Billy Bob's Texas.

Focusing on the past decade of Da Corte’s career, this exhibition features more than 40 paintings, several drawings, and a video that considers painting as a performative act. Immersed in the history of art, design, and pop culture, Da Corte’s combinations evoke mixed feelings, such as fantasy and malice, while crossing hierarchies of high and low culture. The exhibition will remain on display through September 7 at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
