Brunch-obsessed restaurant to open in Fort Worth's Alliance Town Center
A restaurant that's obsessed with brunch is headed for far north Fort Worth: 360 Brunch House, a small family-owned concept, will join the Alliance Town Center at 9560 Feather Grass Ln., taking over a spot that used to be home to seafood spot Shuck Me, with an opening slated for May.
360 brands itself as “not your basic brunch," with a particularly notable selection of French toast and pancakes: seven varieties each, such as the Flaming Apple Whiskey Cakes, with sautéed apples tossed in a whiskey sauce and set aflame tableside.
The chain is from Nick Mustafa, his sister Ruki Salihi, and her husband, Max Salihi. The trio got their start in the restaurant business in 2016 by opening Mango’s, a brunch spot in Southlake.
They opened the first 360 Brunch House in Mansfield in 2020, then expanded to Dallas with a second location in Dallas’ Mockingbird Station.
Alliance will be their third, and it’s meant to satisfy an already existing and dedicated customer base.
“At our Mansfield location, we had people coming from Frisco, McKinney, Fort Worth, and all over the DFW Metroplex — they were coming all the way to Mansfield, so we opened a location in Dallas,” Mustafa says. “But now we have to cover the Fort Worth area, as well, to make it more convenient for our customers.”
The menu includes omelets, breakfast bowls, benedicts, breakfast tacos and burritos, avocado toast, hummus avocado toast, an acai bowl, a breakfast-stuffed avocado, and breakfast "sammies" including a $22 "Good Morning Sammie" with chicken sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and scrambled eggs, layered on brioche French toast.
One new addition on the menu will be a selection of mocktails.
“We’re always trying to be creative in creating new recipes and cocktails,” Mustafa says. “With each location, we like to revamp everything and add on new dishes in addition to what we’re already known for.”
Prices range from $12-25. “We want people to be able to come in and enjoy an upscale experience without having to pay an upscale price,” Mustafa says.
The Fort Worth restaurant will be comparable in size to the Mansfield and Dallas locations, with about 170 indoor seats, plus 50 on their outdoor patio. It joins a number of new stores and restaurants in the Alliance center, including H-E-B (which opens April 10), an upcoming HG Sply Co. location, and discount home decor store Homesense.
In the future, don’t get your hopes up for another 360 nearer to you — Mustafa says he has no plans to turn 360 into a mega-chain of brunch restaurants. He’s happy keeping it small and local, and any future expansion plans will be based on customer demand, like the Fort Worth restaurant.
