Where to eat: Best Fort Worth restaurants for Easter 2024 brunch
For some, Easter is an important religious holiday. For others, it’s a big opportunity for a grand brunch. For those who fall into either or both of those categories, there’s a smorgasbord of restaurants ready to serve an Easter brunch. In 2024, the holiday falls on March 31, and spots are filling up fast.
This list includes small restaurants and large, hotel restaurants and chains, and it's a list that will continue to be updated as the holiday nears.
Here’s where to eat on Easter in Fort Worth:
Blue Mesa Grill. Brunch award-winner will have a range of options, such as beef tenderloin chimichurri, ginger-chipotle glazed ham, smoked Latin turkey breast, red chile salmon, a build-your-own street taco bar, and breakfast classics like made-to-order omelets, huevos rancheros, Belgian waffles with fried chicken, and biscuits with gravy. Signature dishes like blue corn cheese enchiladas, Chimayo corn, and Adobe Pie will be served alongside new favorites like mushroom rigatoni, cauliflower gratin, roasted sweet potato wedges, and jalapeño bacon pinto beans. $40, includes mimosas. $12 for children ages 6-11. 8 am-3 pm. 817-332-6372.
Bonnell's. Chef Jon Bonnell has a dozen to-go options for Easter, including rack of lamb, beef tenderloin, prime rib, turkey breast, and sides for 4 or 8 people, plus cake, cheesecake, and pies. $30 to $500. Order online by March 23 at 12 noon for pickup on March 30 from 11 am-6 pm. 817-738-5489.
Capital Grille. Upscale steakhouse chain is offering a la carte specials like blueberry brea, lobster frittata with butter poached lobster tails, New York strip and eggs, filet mignon with white cheddar hash browns, and crab cake benedict with truffle hollandaise. Central Market. Grocery store chain is offering Easter meal options for four-eight diners, available for pickup or home delivery. Options include Easter ham meal (ham with apricot ginger glaze; mac & cheese; green beans with caramelized onions and tomatoes; and apple and nut salad for $124.99), braised short rib meal (ribs with red wine and cremini mushrooms; russet potatoes; apple and nut salad; and green beans with caramelized onions and tomatoes for $149.99), or Easter brunch (challah French toast casserole; smoke ham, sausage, bell pepper, and cornbread strata; apple and nut salad; fruit salad; and fresh orange juice for $74.99) Pickup through March 28 at 12 noon or delivery March 29-30.
Cru Wine Bar. Napa-style Easter brunch features three courses, with avocado & tomato toast, smoked salmon deviled egg toast, and goat cheese beignets for starters; pus crab cake benedict, steak and eggs, lamb chops, roasted salmon for the main course; and lemon pound cake, key lime cheesecake, and chocolate lava cake for dessert. $45, plus $6 mimosas, bellinis, and ciprianis. 10 am-3 pm. Eatzi’s Market & Bakery. Gourmet grocery store will offer Easter dishes to go, including zucchini and goat cheese quiche, deviled eggs, hot honey salmon, honey and ginger glazed carrots, lamb chops with mint and feta pesto, orange bourbon vanilla ham, pistachio and strawberry cake, and seasonally decorated cupcakes. Eddie V's. Seafood and steak chain will have a three-course brunch with apple cinnamon scones for the table, smoked salmon, lobster bisque, mixed green salad with apple cider vinaigrette, lobster quiche florentine with Fuji apple salad, avocado and crab on brioche toast, and steak and frittata. Emilia’s. Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at Crescent Hotel is offering Easter specials to its recently launched Sunday brunch menu including deviled eggs with prosciutto, spring pea risotto with mascarpone & preserved lemon, and Gruyere-asparagus quiche, alongside regular dishes such as short rib hash and lemon-ricotta pancakes. Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen. Texas-inspired Mediterranean restaurant will have a Sunday buffet with a prime rib carving station, Greek and Mediterranean entrees, charcuterie, scrambled eggs and bacon, assorted pastries, and more. $38, and $15 for children 12 and under. 10 am-3 pm. James Provisions. New Hurst restaurant will have a la carte specials like strawberry pancakes, blueberry French toast, spring burgers, steak and eggs, and kale salad, plus drinks specials such as blood orange bellinis and passion fruit margaritas. 11 am-4 pm. 817-576-4323.
Lili’s Bistro. Magnolia Avenue restaurant will have a special Easter brunch menu with a la carte items such as crab benedict, steak and eggs, smoked salmon frittata, sausage breakfast tacos, and breakfast sliders. Hotel Drover eatery will feature breakfast pastries, followed by choices from beignets, deviled eggs, smoked salmon & cucumber tea sandwiches, carrot ginger soup, shrimp cocktail, lobster omelet, steak and eggs, fried chicken and biscuit, crab benedict, steak wedge salad, mushroom and gruyere patty melt, and desserts for the table, which include lemon blueberry pound cake, carrot cake, and cheesecake. $59. 8 am-2 pm. 682-255-6497.

Perry's Steakhouse. Holiday specials include $49 glazed ham accompanied by whipped potatoes and green beans almondine, with choice of pear salad or carrot ginger soup.
