Journey through European wines during this tasting that will feature varietals from Spain, France, and Italy that are great for spring sipping. The $35 ticket price (plus tax and gratuity) includes small bites paired with each. The tasting will run from 6:30-8:30 pm.

Wine Dinner at FnG Eats
Keller's dynamic chef duo Carlos Arevalo and Bob Stephenson will host another communal wine dinner at their neighborhood restaurant. this time featuring Rutherford wines. Highlights from the four-course menu include stuffed and blistered cubanelle peppers with Bob's Syracuse sausage picadillo, and wood-grilled stilton beef tournedos. The dinner is $80, plus tax and gratuity, and begins at 7 pm.

BrisketU at Hop & Sting Brewing Co.
Whether a greenhorn or experienced griller, this popular and recurring class will teach the tough skills needed to smoke the quintessential brisket. Everything from choosing the right cut to slicing the end product will be covered. The class is $94 ($84 for additional participants) and will run from 12-3 pm.
Biryani Supper Club at Indulge
While 3rd Street Market is changing hands, Indulge — their companion culinary studio and cooking school — is still hosting classes at their Sundance Square space. Texas Independence Day at Whiskey Ranch
Fort Worth distillery will celebrate all things Texas with a party featuring a City Boots pop-up, boot shining, live music, Heim BBQ and Chula's Kitchen tacos. TX Whiskey will also launch its limited-edition Texas flag bottle, which comes with free on-site engraving. Tickets are $10, which includes your first cocktail, and the event will run from 12-5 pm.
