It's the most brunchable time of the year, with back-to-back holidays of Easter and Mother's Day, with Easter landing on the late side this year (April 20) and Mother's Day following quickly behind, on May 11. Clay Pigeon. Seasonally inspired fine dining restaurant in the heart of Fort Worth.
