Best Fort Worth restaurants for dining out on Valentine's Day in 2024
This year Valentine’s Day arrives on the heels of multiple high-profile eating and drinking events: Super Bowl Sunday (February 11) and Mardi Gras (February 13). And don’t forget Galentine’s Day, the unofficial gal pal holiday typically marked as February 13.
But nothing beats the big day, and restaurants are ready to entice customers with lavish specials for lovers, some that extend both the weekend before and after.
More restaurants will be added to this list as the big day approaches, so keep checking back.
97 West Kitchen & Bar. Rustic-luxe restaurant inside Hotel Drover will serve a three-course menu featuring stuffed lobster tail mac, Wagyu ribeye steak, and an array of dessert options. The menu is $120 per person and will be available from 5–10 pm.
Aventino’s. Family-owned West Fort Worth Italian restaurant will serve its regular menu, featuring veal Milanese, shrimp diablo, and salmon fettuccine, to couples only on Valentine’s Day, meaning reservations will only be open parties of two.
Bacchus Kitchen + Bar. Upscale restaurant located inside Hotel Vin is doing a four-course menu with burrata & tomato salad, tomato & fennel soup, a duo of filet and seabass with truffle potatoes au gratin and asparagus, and a chocolate dome with cherry mousse. It's $120, and will be available February 9-10, and February 14.
B&B Butchers. Valentine’s Day specials include appetizers, entrées, and dessert, plus Dom Perignon ($70/glass, $295/bottle). Pre-order a flower arrangement to beautify your reserved table ($80). 11am-9pm. 817-737-5212.
Blue Mesa Grill. Southwestern chain is serving a dinner special for two with mini crab and shrimp cakes, beef and chicken combo fajitas, black beans, coconut lime rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, Mexican chopped salad, and churros with chocolate, cajeta, and sangria dipping sauces. The $75-per-couple price includes a bottle of bubbly. 5–9 pm. 817-332-6372.
Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine. Chef Jon Bonnell will serve a normal a la carte menu for Valentine’s Day, but is also doing a 3-course a three-course dinner special with mushroom and cheese tetelas, choice of cornbread-crusted flounder or braised short rib Wellington, and lemon poppyseed Arnold Palmer cake. $125. To-go special has lemon Caesar salad, 8-ounce lobster tail with two 6-ounce tenderloin filets, black truffle mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, dinner rolls, and flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and brandied cherries. The dinner is $160 and orders must be placed by February 7.
Bourbon Street Bar & Grill. Bedford’s Cajun-inspired dining destination will offer a four-course dinner with choice of jalapeno shrimp & grits or Cajun chicken bruschetta, seafood gumbo or chicken-Aandouille sausage gumbo, seafood cornbread stuffed pork loin or redfish with lemon-dill beurre blanc, and a praline ice cream sandwich with caramel rum sauce, for $80 per couple, which includes a glass of sparkling wine for those who book in advance.
Bricks & Horses. The Bowie House hotel chophouse will serve a $125 prix-fixe menu featuring surf and turf, lobster ravioli a la vodka, and chocolate raspberry mousse.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Four-course dinner for two includes choices from tomato Caprese with burrata, Caesar, Italian salad, Sicilian chicken soup, ravioli amore, lasagne, fettucine Carrabba, salmon, chicken Bryan, chicken Marsala, chicken Parmesan, Tuscan sirloin, Tuscan filet, chocolate dream, red velvet cake, or strawberry cheesecake. $65, includes Prosecco toast. Cru. 4-course menu with choices from lobster saffron risotto, crab cake, braised short rib, root vegetable potstickers, black truffle ravioli, filet mignon, rack of lamb, Chilean sea bass, sea scallops, creme brulee, New York-style cheesecake, or molten chocolate cake. $70. Cut & Bourbon. In addition to its regular menu, Live! by Loews in Arlington steakhouse will serve a three-course dinner with choices from Caesar or beet salad, bacon-wrapped filet or crab-stuffed lobster tail with whipped potatoes and charred broccolini, and chocolate-banana custard cake. $70. 5–11 pm. After dinner, head to the hotel’s Bar Bourbon for a Valentine’s themed Strawberry Kiss cocktail and live music from 5–8 pm.
Don Artemio. 4-course dinner includes choices from coconut-battered local striped bass tacos, Chilean sea bass with mole negro, broiled filet mignon, and deconstructed tres leches cake. $95, with an optional $49 wine pairing.5-10 pm. 817-470-1439.

Emilia’s. Dinner special for two at Crescent Hotel (offered through February 15) features leg of lamb with piri piri spices, toasted fregola with pickled peppers & tomato chutney, naan, spring herb salad with grilled fennel, and trio of dips: muhamara, tzatziki, and fava hummus. $95 for two. The Fitzgerald. Camp Bowie Boulevard restaurant will offer a 4-course dinner with choice of appetizer – crab-stuffed shrimp, jumbo lump crab cake, or Texas cheesesteak roll, choice of gumbo or salad, and choice of entrée including seabass, petite filet and crab cake, lobster and mussel linguine, or salmon. Dessert choices are chocolate and orange tart or cheesecake. $85. February 10–14.
il Modo. Kimpton Harper’s Italian restaurant will offer a $65 special featuring a 6-ounce filet and lobster duo served with garlic spinach and gremolata hollandaise. February 10, 14, and 17.
Malai Kitchen. Local Asian chain will feature a special menu with crispy lamb potstickers, golden lobster, tempura crusted ahi tuna, Burmese beef short ribs, and Vietnamese coffee pie. Plus two signature cocktails: Divine Romance made with Empress gin, blackberry creme de mure, St. Germaine, and lemon; and Anamchara with Jameson Irish whiskey, chili-peach puree, and infused ginger liqueur. Reata. This will be the last Valentine’s Day in Reata’s current location, as the Sundance Square restaurant will move to an interim location at 530 Throckmorton St. by July. A special Valentine’s Day menu will feature grilled 8-ounce tenderloin Oscar-style served with tiger shrimp ($85), pecan-crusted halibut with saffron risotto ($75), 14-ounce rib-eye ($80), and citrus-crusted chicken ($55). All entrees come with sides, choice of salad, and dessert.
Riscky’s Steakhouse. Historic Stockyards steakhouse (originally founded as Theo’s Saddle & Sirloin in 1920) will serve a "date night dinner" for two for $99, with choice of appetizer (including those famous calf fries), soup or salad, 6-ounce filet or 18-ounce bone-in ribeye, and choice of side.11 am-9 pm.817-624-4800.
Son of a Butcher. "Rich N Famous" slider special features Wagyu beef, butter poached lobster, truffle aioli, Bibb lettuce, tomato, and a touch of gold leaf, with a complimentary glass of Champagne. $9.95. February 12-25. Grapevine 682-345-0420.
Thirsty Lion. Gastropub with locations in Euless, Irving, and more will serve a special menu February 9-14. Limited-availability entrees include grilled filet mignon with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables ($42.95), and seared scallops with cilantro jasmine rice, veggies, and Meyer lemon beurre blanc ($29.95). Pair with a Baileys chocolate espresso martini shaken with Mr. Black cold brew coffee ($13.50).
Toro Toro. Pan-Latin Steakhouse inside the Renaissance Worthington downtown will offer a 3-course prix-fixe menu with a la carte pricing. Menu highlights include tuna ceviche, oysters, filet lobster duo, chicken with almond pink mole, chocolate fondant, and strawberry sorbet with lychee foam and crispy brioche. Truluck’s. In addition to their regular menu, Truluck's will offer specials including 8-ounce filet with cold-water lobster tail for $99, or a 16-ounce prime ribeye with half-pound of king crab legs for $130. Vida Cafe. 4-course vegan Valentine meal includes choice of Caesar, house, or green salad; choice of entree from pasta alfredo, spaghetti, or pasta primavera; minestrone soup; and tiramisu for dessert. $65 for two. 5-9 pm. 682-760-8058.
Wicked Butcher. Sinclair hotel steakhouse will serve a three-course dinner for two for $135 per person. Starter highlights include choice of lobster bisque, tuna carpaccio and foie gras, or Hamachi crudo; entrée choices include ginger miso Chilean sea bass and Frenched rack of lamb; and dessert choices range from olive oil cake with citrus mascarpone to mango lavender crème brulee. An optional wine pairing is $75 per person, and caviar service is $210 per couple.
